We kindly ask that you keep track of your upcoming appointments. As a courtesy, we send reminders for your hygiene visits a few weeks ahead, followed by a confirmation call or email two weeks before your appointment. You will also receive a reminder the day before your visit. While we do our best to keep you informed, please remember that it is ultimately your responsibility to show up for your appointment unless you have made alternative arrangements with us.
To ensure that we respect everyone’s time, we ask for at least 2 business days’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Our team works hard to reserve appointment times for all of our patients, and because of the demand for time slots, we do not double-book. If we do not receive enough notice, a missed appointment fee may apply, or we may require prepayment for your next visit.
